Luka Dončić makes record 40 point triple double with buzzer beater

A triple-double is achieved by a player if they record a double-digit total in one basketball game in either points, total rebounds, assists, steals and blocks.

Slovenian NBA Superstar and Dallas Mavericks guard Luka Dončić became the youngest player in NBA play-off history to complete a 40-point triple-double.

He did so with a sprained ankle, scoring 43 points, and making 17 rebounds & 13 assists Vs the LA Clippers and leveling the series at 2-2 – finishing with a 28-foot buzzer-beater.

Dončić joins two greats of the game, Oscar Robertson and Charles Barkley as the only players to score 40+ points, 15 rebounds and 10+ assists in a play-off game.
